.-. <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING <br />The Board of Adjustments and Appeals for the City of Roseville will convene at 6:00 pm on <br />Monday, January 10, 2011, in the City Hall Chambers to consider the following items: <br />l. An appeal to the decision inade by the Roseville City Council on December 13, 2010, to <br />change the zoning of the parcels located at 3253 and 3261 Old Highway 8 from Single <br />Family Residence District (R-1) to High Density Residential District (HDR-1) <br />2. An appeal to the decision to deny tlle petition of surroundi�lg property owners to amend <br />the Roseville Comprehensive Plan to recommend medium density development with <br />future zoning to be of a density no greater than Town House District (R-6) for 3253 and <br />3261 Old Highway 8. <br />3. An appeal to the decision nlade by the Roseville City Council on December 13, 2010, <br />eliminating the Single Family Residence District (R-1) classification for the southern <br />most portion of the Har Mar Mall site adjacent to and a part of the Cub Food parking lot. <br />
