The building plan shows two garage doors on <br />the narrow side of the building, but the site plan does not show a driveway that is as wide as the narrow <br />side of the building. This would impact the impervious coverage. The applicant should clarify where <br />the garage doors are located, and indicate if the driveway will be modified and how that will impact the <br />impervious coverage. <br />Deb <br />
