R. garage at 1863 Chatsworth St. - Initial Review
H i,
From my standpoint we don't have enough information yet. The submittal should identify/show:
One plan of the existing site, showing existing storm water drainage patterns (area is very flat, potential for
problems with neighbors).
A new plan showing the new garage AND the new driveway location (including made of what material). Also stating
the old garage and driveway to be removed.
Building plans showing max 9' walls, siding material/color, roof height (and only 1-story const.
A letter identifying what the garage will be used for (ie residential storage vs home occupation/auto repair
business)
Lastly there should be conditions, including: Date by which the old structure must be removed by (with only a cond
occupancy of the new structure until the old structure and driveway are removed).
Don M.
From: Bryan Lloyd
Posted At: Thursday, June 03, 2010 9:01 AM
Posted To: DRC - Initial Review
Conversation: 1,008 sq. ft. garage at 1863 Chatsworth St. - Initial Review
Subject: 1,008 sq. ft. garage at 1863 Chatsworth St. - Initial Review
