� <br />� <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />the proposed 1,008-square-foot accessory structure at 1863 Chatsworth Street as a <br />CONDITIONAL USE in accordance with Section § 1014.01 of the Roseville City Code with the <br />following conditions: <br />a. The applicant shall work with Community Development staff to ensure that windows <br />are adequately incorporated into the accessory structure to soften the visual impact on <br />neighboring properties; <br />b. The construction of the proposed garage shall not change the existing storm water <br />drainage patterns in the area; <br />c. Gutters and downspouts shall be installed to direct rain water from the roof of the <br />proposed garage northward, toward the interior of the property; <br />d. The applicant shall verify the location of the southern side property line (either by <br />locating and exposing the iron markers in the corners of the property or by providing a <br />survey) prior to issuance of the required building permit; <br />e. The existing garage shall be removed, along with any driveway pavement necessary to <br />reduce overall impervious coverage to a maximum of 30% on the property, within 90 <br />days of when the permit is issued for the proposed new garage; <br />f. If the driveway is to be expanded to serve both proposed overhead garage doors, the <br />additional paved area shall be shown on the site plan submitted with the building <br />permit application to verify that the overall impervious coverage on the property does <br />not exceed 30%; and <br />g. If any portion of the driveway/parking area: 1) remains after the removal of the <br />existing garage and parking area behind the home; and 2) is not yet paved; it shall be <br />paved as part of this project. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Ihlan and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Ihlan; Pust; Roe; <br />and Klausing; <br />and none voted against. <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
