Stafemeut of Intent: <br />The proposed use for the property at 1430 County Road C is a dog daycare named The Woof <br />Room. The space will be used as a daycare for dogs during the day and a hotei for dogs at nighf. <br />Dog-related merchandise will be sold on-site. We request this interim use permit for a 5 year <br />time period, at which time we will submit a renewal (or a new application if necessary). � <br />7. Additional Required Information: <br />a. Legal Description and PIN: <br />The property owner could not provide us with the legal description, Bryan Lloyd, with Roseville <br />Community Development, informed us the legal description is on file and we do not need to <br />include it with this application. <br />PIN # 10.29.23.21.0038 <br />b. Proposed Plans: <br />Please see the attached plans. <br />c. Open House Summary: <br />An open house for the proposed business and interim use application was held on Wednesday, <br />September 1, 2010. The ciry of Roseville provided the addresses of 89 individuals, all of which <br />were mailed invitations to the open house. The open house was from 6:30pm — 7:30pm. IYone of <br />those that received the invitations attended the open house. As such, we could not secure any <br />feedback from constituents about the property's proposed use. We did inciude the open house <br />information sheet printed for the open house with this application. <br />d. Consultant Fees: <br />N/A <br />' The property will also be used for Deckci Decor, an event planning and decor business, which we have been <br />informed, is a permitted use.
