-�. <br />.-, <br />SEMPER DEVELOPMENT <br />Dear Neighbors, <br />We are proposing to rezone the property at 2587 Rice Street. This is the property <br />on the northwest corner of Rice Street and Wewers Road. The current zoning for <br />this property is R1 (Single Family Residential). <br />The Comprehensive Plan for the city designates this property as B-Business. We <br />are proposing to rezone the property to a B3 (Community Business) and bring it <br />into compliance with the Comprehensive Plan and match it to the adjacent zoning <br />to the north along Rice Street.
