I am reyuesting <br />that this building be rezoned as a B 1 B. <br />Approving this zoning change will allow us to renovate the existing undesireable <br />appearance of the building and the landscaping. Dartene and Michael Schueller have <br />plans in place to introduce a dine in (15-20 person seating) or take out fresh deli food. In <br />addition to a catering service to the Roseville community, and surrounding businesses. <br />This pr�perty has a very large parking lot on narth side, which can accommodate <br />17 vehieles, and a smaller parking lot on the south side of the building, which will <br />accommodate 6 vehicles, with an order pick up window. There will be no drive up menu <br />board outside, as customers will order through our web site, and phone service, and then <br />pick up at the pick up window, or delivery will be provided. <br />The business name is Dar's Deli & Cheese, which witl provide jobs for students <br />interested in the culinary arts, senior citizens, and such. <br />Please accept our application for zoning change, so that we may enhance the RosevilIe <br />neighborhood appearance and bring jobs ta the commuruty.
