S from the NE corner thereof thence W at right angle 89 ft. thence N and � � parallel with said E line 18 ft. thence W at right angle to E line of said plat � s PIN: 15-29-23-41-0030 i 9 WHEREAS, Michael Schueller seeks to operate a catering facility, which is a 2o conditionally permitted use in the Limited Retail Business Zoning District; and 2� WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the 22 requested CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, voting 5-2 to recommend approval of the request 23 based on the comments and findings of the staff report dated December 5, 2007; and 2a WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council has determined that approval of the requested 25 CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT will not adversely affect conditions on nearby properties and 25 will not compromise the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of Roseville; 2� NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE 2� the request by Michael Schueller for a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT in accordance with 2� Section § 1013.01 of the Roseville City Code, subject to the following conditions; so 1. Screening consistent with that contemplated in § 1005.01 G(Buffer Zones) of the 3i City Code shall be installed along the western property line to the Community 32 Development Director's approval; Page 1 of 3
