SUMMARY OF SUGGESTED ACTION 3.1 By motion, recommend approval of the requested REZON[N�, pursuant to § 1015.01 (Rezoning Applications) of the City Code, and the requested CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, pursuant to § 1013.01 (Conditional Use Permits) of the City Code, subject to conditions; see Section 8 of this report for the detailed action. 4.0 4.1 BACKGROUND The property, located in Planning District 13, has a zoning designation of Limited Business (B-1) District and a Comprehensive Plan designation of Limited Business (LB). 4.2 This request has been prompted by the applicants' desire to establish a deli and catering facility.
