--• <br />June 11, 2009 <br />j�� <br />� <br />Dear Roseville Property Owner: <br />� <br />You are invited to attend and participate in an Administrative Deviation hearing on Thursday, <br />June 18, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. in the Roseville City Hall Aspen Room — main level, adjacent to the <br />Community Development Department. <br />Steve Anderson, 1768 Shorewood Curve, seeks approval of a deviation to install a 660 square <br />foot patio connection from the home to the in-ground pool, which will exceed the 30% lot <br />coverage (impervious surface area) requirement of the City. The proposal would create a <br />maximum coverage under the deviation of 6,233 sq. ft. on a lot afforded a maximum of 5,638 sq. <br />ft. of building footprint and paved surface coverage. <br />The Administrative Deviation process allows nearby property owners to comment on the <br />proposal in writing and/or at the meeting.
