8. Additional Required In�.rmation: -- " - <br />a. Legal Description and PIN: Provide the existing Parcel Identification Numbers and the <br />complete legal descriptions of the properties involved. <br />b. Proposed Ptans: A scaled site plan showing the existing and proposed parcel boundaries is <br />required. In addition to this, a topographic survey, landscape plan, grading and drainage plan, <br />exterior building elevation drawings, and other information may also be required if deemed <br />necessary by the Community Development Director. <br />c. Consultant Fees: Whenever third party consultants are utilized in the preparation of application <br />materials (e.g., a wetland delineation) or the City's review of an application (e.g., traffic study <br />analysis), the applicant shall be responsible for paying the entirety of those costs. <br />d. Written Narrative: The written narrative should provide a detailed description of the intent of <br />the application and address whether the properties affected by the proposed division of land <br />would comply with all of the applicable Code requirements. <br />9.
