EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, November 8, 1999, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski & Wall, and the following were absent: Maschka. Councilmember Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 9709 RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE REALIGNMENT OF THE DALE STREET/ ROSELA WN AVENUE P A THW A Y BETWEEN RESERVOIR WOODS PARK AND LARPENTEUR AVENUE CITY PROJECT M-98-11 WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the City of Roseville was adopted July 26, 1999, ordering the construction of Improvement M-98-11, Dale Street! Roselawn Avenue Pathway, and preparation of plans and specifications; WHEREAS, negotiations for the needed right-of-way with the property owner of the property adjacent to the first 721 feet of the pathway along Dale Street have been unsuccessful; WHEREAS, the City is working with Ramsey County Parks and Recreation on realigning the pathway, connecting Reservoir Woods Park with Ramsey County Open Space east of Kent Street at Larpenteur Avenue; WHEREAS, Ramsey County would waive just compensation and dedicate the needed easements for the proposed realignment; WHEREAS, staff will continue to work with the neighborhood as plans are finalized; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that the Council approves the proposed realignment of the Dale Street! Roselawn Avenue Pathway between Reservoir Woods Park and Larpenteur Avenue. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Wiski and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski & Wall, and the following voted against the same: none.
