<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 22nd day of November, 1999 at <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski and Wall. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9712 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING 2000 WATER AND SANITARY SEWER RATES <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, the water, sewer, and storm drainage rates be established for 2000 in accordance to <br />Schedule A attached to this Resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was dilly seconded by member Wiski <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Mastel, <br />Goedeke, Wiski and Wall. <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
