EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 22nd day of November, 1999 at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski and Wall and the following were absent: None. Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 9713 RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING NON-TAX INCREMENT REVENUES AND EXPENSES FROM TAX INCREMENT ACCOUNTS NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: The following transfer of Non- Tax Increment Revenues and Expenditures be transferred from Tax Increment accounts to the City Housing Fund, the recreation fund and the infrastructure Funds to accomplish the State required segregation. Non- Tif Revenues Amount State Grants 519,596 Pre-July 1997 Interest* 6,688,206 Housing Fund 1,844,888 Pre-1997 Land Sales\Receipts 1,153,784 Other Misc. Non TifRevenue 456.227 Total Non-TifRevenue 10.665.701 Non- Tif Expenses Social and Recreational Facilities* 1,758,969 Pre-July 1997 Interest Expense 1,778,059 Housing Fund 278,722 Installation of Public Utilities and Improvements including housing 1,344,278 Administration and Legal Expenses 5.403.150 Total Non-TifExpense 10.563.178 *A transfer of $1,682,537 was made in 1998 to the Parks and Recreation Infrastructure Maintenance Fund. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Goedeke and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski and Wall. And the following voted against same: None. WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
