<br />NOW BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager and City Attorney <br />are hereby authorized to prepare and execute a contract with DPRA for environmental <br />consulting services in conformance with federal contracting standards. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption ofthe foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Maschka and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, <br />Maschka, Wiski, Mastel and Wall <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Q:\EP A \Consultant RFPs\Env Acceptance Resolution.doc <br />
