EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, December 13, 1999 at 6:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel, and Wall and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 9717 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION DIVISION OF STATE AID FOR LOCAL TRANSPORTATION AGENCY AGREEMENT WHEREAS, the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, participates in Federal Aid Projects; AND WHEREAS, Federal Aid Projects are administered through the Minnesota Department of Transportation Division of State Aid for Local Transportation (Mn/DOT); AND WHEREAS, Mn/DOT would allow the City ofRoseville to administer Federal Aid Projects through the Delegated Contract Process, upon entering into an agency agreement; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, that the Mayor and the City Manager are hereby authorized and directed for an on behalf of the City to execute and enter into an agreement with the Commissioner of Transportation prescribing the terms and conditions of said federal aid participation as set forth and contained in "Minnesota Department of Transportation Agency Agreement No. 79717", a copy of which said agreement was before the City Council and which is made a part hereof by reference. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Maschka upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, Maschka, Wi ski, Mastel, and Wall, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
