<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ofRoseville that should <br />Roselawn Cemetery terminate the lease on said property before November 30,2006, the City will <br />relocate the trail along a parallel alignment at City cost. Thus extending the intent to terminate <br />tfom 5 to 10 years. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption ofthe foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Maschka, and <br />upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, Maschka, Wi ski, <br />Mastel, and Wall, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
