Built in 1910 as the " 147 Guest Rooms and Suites Hotel <br />Hotel Duluth, Greysolon Plazas guests have included " 33 Condominiums <br />several former US presidents. The building was " Project Value: $55 Million <br />converted to affordable senior housing in the 1990s. " Financing: Federal Historic Tax Credits, Federal <br />As part of its redevelopment plan, Sherman Associates Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Minnesota <br />has rehabilitated and preserved this affordable senior Housing Finance Agency Soft Debt, Section 8, <br />housing.New Market Tax Credits, Tax Increment Financing <br />Across the street, Sherman Associates constructed Role: Developer, General Partner, Owner, Property <br />a new building that includes the Sheraton Duluth Manager <br />Hotel which is connected to the historic ballroom <br />of the Greysolon Plaza by skyway. Five floors of Completed: Summer 2007 <br />luxury condominiums have been constructed on top <br />of the six-story, full-service hotel.
