AttachmentA EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of 1 Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 22nd day of July, 2013, at 2 6:00 p.m. 3 4 The following members were present: ; and and the following were absent: . 5 6 Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 7 8 RESOLUTION No. 9 10 RESOLUTION AWARDING BIDS 11 FOR 3040 HAMLINE AVENUE UTILITY CONSTRUCTION 12 ROSEVILLE PROJECT 13-10 13 14 WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the improvement, according to the plans 15 and specifications thereof on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids were 16 received on Friday, June 28, 2013, at Noon, the following bids were received complying with 17 the advertisement: 18 19 Contractor Bid $98,623.00 Dave Perkins Contracting, Inc Penn Contracting $121,073.00 $139,605.25 Burschville Construction 20 WHEREAS, Dave Perkins Contracting, Inc, is the lowest responsible bidder with a price of 21 $98,623.00, and 22 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, 23 Minnesota that the City of Roseville enter into a contract with Dave Perkins Contracting, Inc 24 Inc. for $98,623.00 for the above improvements according to the plans and specifications 25 thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Manager. 26 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, 27 Minnesota: 28 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member , and 29 upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: ; and and the 30 following voted against the same: . 31 WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. 32
