Kelsey <br />Housing Program Manager <br />Roseville Housing and Redevelopment Authority <br />2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />FROM: Bill Buelow <br />Director of Construction <br />RE: Demolition of 2325 Dale St., Roseville <br />Date: January 30, 2013 <br />GHMC Proposes to: <br />✓ Prepare specifications and bidding documents necessary for the complete demolition and site <br />clearing of all structures at 2325 Dale St., Roseville. <br />Including: <br />• Disconnection of Utilities. <br />• Asbestos Abatement and Hazardous Material Removal. <br />• Re- vegetation of the site. <br />• Permits. <br />✓ Solicit Bids and Coordinate the Bidding Process. <br />• Provide Construction Management. <br />• GMHC shall pay for all Construction, and other related costs that may arise. <br />• Collect all Disposal Manifest, Permits, and Lien Waivers. <br />Bids will be reviewed with the Roseville Housing and Redevelopment Authority (RHRA) Staff prior to <br />construction contracts being signed.
