Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called to order the Roseville City Council regular meeting at approximately <br /> 5:30 p.m., and welcomed everyone. Voting and Seating Order: Willmus; Laliberte; Et- <br /> ten; McGehee; and Roe. <br /> City Manager Search Consultant Interviews <br /> Proposals for the two (2) finalist firms were included as part of the meeting agenda mate- <br /> rials. Those present for the interviews included Acting City Manager Chris Miller, Hu- <br /> man Resources Director Eldona Bacon; Councilmembers Etten, Laliberte, Willmus, and <br /> Mayor Roe. Councilmember McGehee arrived at approximately 5:51 p.m. City Attor- <br /> ney Mark Gaughan was also present. <br /> The representatives of both firms provided additional summary materials, provided as <br /> bench handouts, attached hereto and made a part hereto. <br /> a. Brimeyer Fursman, LLP <br /> Jim Brimeyer, founder of Brimeyer Fursman, LLC, was present to provide a <br /> summary of the firm; and respond to questions of the City Council. Mr. Brimeyer <br /> noted that he now served as senior advisor for the firm, having been appointed by <br /> Governor Mark Dayton to the Metropolitan Council (District 6) in 2011. <br /> b. Springsted, Incorporated <br /> David Unmacht of Springsted, Inc. was present to provide a summary of their <br /> firm; and respond to questions of the City Council. <br /> 2. Approve Agenda <br /> Willmus moved, Etten seconded, approval of the agenda as presented. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus; Laliberte; Etten; McGehee; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 3. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak at this time. <br /> 4. Council Communications, Reports and Announcements <br /> Mayor Roe announced the opportunity for applicants for various Citizen Advisory Com- <br /> mission vacancies and the upcoming deadline for those applications. <br />
