EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey , Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Monday, the 10th day of January, 2000 at 6:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, Kysylyczyn And the following were absent:Goedeke Council Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9731 RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERI OR FOR NORTHWESTERN COLLEGE'S REQUEST FOR FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND FINAL PUD AGREEMENT REGARDING A FOUR STORY OFFICE DEVELOPMENT ON PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF L YDIA AVENUE AND SNELLING AVENUE NORTH, CITY OF ROSEVILLE (PF 3144). WHEREAS, Northwestern College has requested FINAL development plan approval and FINAL approval of a Planned Unit Development Agreement amending Planned Unit Development #1124 for property located in the southwest comer of Lydia Avenue and Snelling Avenue North, City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota (PF3144); and WHEREAS, on December 13, 1999 the Roseville City Council opened the public hearing regarding the request for final action and continued the hearing and action to the January 10,2000 regular meeting; and WHEREAS, Northwestern College has requested a 60 extension to the 60-day review period, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, to allow them and Collins Hansen Architects adequate time to revise all necessary plans required for staff review and Council action, given the current action deadline of January 24, 2000. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, (the "City") Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Northwestern College for approval of the FINAL development plan the FINAL Planned Unit Development Agreement be extended for 6O-days, from January 24, 2000 to March 22, 2000 and to continue the hearing to a date not to exceed March 13, 2000, the last regularly scheduled Council meeting prior to the project review deadline. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski and Kysylyczyn, and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
