<br />2 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville that should <br />Roselawn Cemetery terminate the lease on said property before November 30, 2006, the City will <br />relocate the trail along a parallel alignment at City cost. Thus extending the intent to terminate <br />from 5 to 10 years. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the south 100 feet of said Lease property shall be dedicated <br />for non-motorized trail Durposes as shown in the Dlans for the Droposed Dale Street/Roselawn <br />Avenue/Reservoir Woods pathway (S.A.P. 160-090-05). <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mastel and upon a <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, Maschka <br />and Kysylyczyn, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
