EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting ofthe City Council ofthe City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Monday, the 14th day of February, 2000 at 6:30 P.M. The following members were present: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, Maschka and Kysylyczyn and the following were absent: None Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9741 RESOLUTIONS EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOD FOR MIDLAND HILLS COUNTRY CLUB'S REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REGARDING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 37,500 SQUARE FOOT CLUBHOUSE IN THE GENERAL LOCATION OF THE EXISTING CLUBHOUSE. PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2001 FULHAM STREET (PF 3178). WHEREAS, a completed application by Midland Hills Country Club for a consideration of a Conditional Use Permit was accepted by the City on December 22, 1999, with a 60-day review deadline of February 19,2000; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the request by Midland Hills Country Club on January 12, 2000. The public hearing was continued by the Planning Commission to afford the applicant time to refine their development plan and an opportunity to meet with the neighborhood; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission opened the continued public hearing at that their February 9, 2000 meeting, recommending approval of the request, subject to 12 conditions, including plan modifications and completions; and WHEREAS, city staff has requested a 60-day extension to the 60-day review period, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, to allow the applicant adequate time to revise all necessary plans required for staff and neighborhood review and City Council action. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") ofthe City of Roseville, (the "City") Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Midland Hills Country Club for approval of a Conditional Use Permit be extended for 60 days, from February 19,2000 to April 19, 2000.
