<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of <br />Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on <br />Monday, the 14th day of February, 2000, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, Maschka and Kysylyczyn, and the <br />following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9743 <br />RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION FOR <br />CITY CENTER TASK FORCE, PHASE I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council encourages community participation in City projects and welcomes <br />the participation and leadership of volunteers; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in 1998 the City Council established a citizen Task Force to prepare a City Center <br />Concept, Phase I; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. On January 25, 2000, the Council received the Phase I report from the Task Force <br />and Chairperson; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Roseville City Council hereby acknowledges <br />and wishes to express their appreciation to the citizen volunteers who contributed time and thought for all <br />the Phase I activities: <br /> <br />Members of the City Center Phase I Task Force: <br /> <br />Keith Wietecki, Chair <br />Patricia Johnson <br />Peggy Egli <br />Donald Anderson <br />Perrie N. Heitler <br />Thomas Johnson <br />Joseph Smith <br /> <br />Scott J. Bergs <br />Ann M. Hermes <br />Craig Klausing <br />Jan Vanderwall <br />Lois Sinn Lindquist <br />Richard Bates <br /> <br />FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED, That the City Center Phase I Task Force wok is completed <br />and the Task Force is hereby disbanded. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Wiski and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, Mastel, <br />Wiski, Maschka and Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted this 14th day of <br />February 2000. <br /> <br />\\Victoria\ComrnDev\Planning Files\3119 _City Center Comp Plan\RCA (021400).doc <br />
