Additional grading/drainage <br />design work still required and must be approved by the Rice Creek Watershed and the <br />City Engineer. <br />5.0 RECOMMENDED CONDITIONS: <br />The following are staff-recommended conditions for approval of Oak Acres: <br />5.1The applicant must work with City Staff on the preservation of mature, high-quality trees <br />at or near the periphery of the property.
