<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, February 28, 2000 at 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, Maschka & Kysylyczyn and the <br />following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Council member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9750 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN WASHINGTON COUNTY AND THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />FOR MICRO SURFACING DESIGN ENGINEERING AND CONTRACT <br />ADMINISTRATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was awarded a Federal grant for maintenance <br />surfacing of the County Road C pathway; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, Washington County has agreed to be the lead agency in the east metro for micro <br />surfacing projects; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, Washington County will provide the design engineering and contract <br />administration for this project; <br /> <br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that the <br />Mayor and the City Manager are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to <br />execute and enter into an agreement with Washington County prescribing the terms and conditions <br />of the said cooperative agreement as set forth. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Maschka, <br />upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, <br />Maschka & Kysylyczyn, and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
