EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 13th day of March, 2000, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke & Kysylyczyn, and the following members were absent: none. Councilmember Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 9753 FINAL ACCEPTANCE AND MAINTENANCE FOR UTILITIES AND STREETS AS CONSTRUCTED FOR ROSETOWN RIDGE DEVELOPMENT ON OVERLOOK DRIVE AND ROSETOWN COURT WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code, Rich Kettler contracted to have the utilities, street, curb and gutter constructed to serve the platted streets lying within Rosetown Ridge Addition; AND WHEREAS, Rich Kettler is requesting the City ofRoseville accept ownership and maintenance responsibility of those utilities street, curb and gutter; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed is hereby accepted and approved; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final acceptance and accept a two-year warranty for any work covering the replacement or repair of defective items commencing on December 13, 1999, and expiring on December 13, 2001. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Maschka and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke & Kysylyczyn, and the following voted against the same: none. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
