<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey , Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Monday, the 13th <br />day of March, 2000 at 6:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, Kysylyczyn <br />And the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9755 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOD FOR NORTHWESTERN COLLEGE'S <br />REQUEST FOR FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND FINAL PUD AGREEMENT <br />REGARDING A FOUR STORY OFFICE DEVELOPMENT ON PROPERTY LOCATED IN <br />THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LYDIA AVENUE AND SNELLING AVENUE NORTH, <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE (PF 3144). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Northwestern College has requested FINAL development plan approval and <br />FINAL approval of a Planned Unit Development Agreement amending Planned Unit Development <br />#1124 for property located in the southwest corner of Lydia Avenue and Snelling Avenue North, <br />City ofRoseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota (PF3144); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on December 13, 1999 the Roseville City Council opened the public hearing <br />regarding the request for final action and continued the hearing and action to the January 10,2000 <br />regular meeting; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on January 10,2000, the request was extended and additional 60 days to allow <br />Northwestern College and Collins Hansen Architects adequate time to revise all necessary plans <br />required for staff review and Council action; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, escalating construction costs and increased interest rates have caused the <br />planning process to slow and caused Northwestern College to carefully consider costs and design, <br />thus requiring the extension of the hearing and final consideration by the Roseville City Council. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br />Roseville, (the "City") Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time <br />line for agency review of the application of Northwestern College for approval of the FINAL <br />development plan the FINAL Planned Unit Development Agreement be extended indefinitely, <br />instructing staff to provide written notice of the final hearing to property owners within <br />350 feet and to publish notice in the official local paper. <br />
