EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey , Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Monday, the 13th day of March, 2000 at 6:30 P.M. The following members were present: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, Kysylyczyn And the following were absent: None Council Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9755 RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOD FOR NORTHWESTERN COLLEGE'S REQUEST FOR FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND FINAL PUD AGREEMENT REGARDING A FOUR STORY OFFICE DEVELOPMENT ON PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LYDIA AVENUE AND SNELLING AVENUE NORTH, CITY OF ROSEVILLE (PF 3144). WHEREAS, Northwestern College has requested FINAL development plan approval and FINAL approval of a Planned Unit Development Agreement amending Planned Unit Development #1124 for property located in the southwest corner of Lydia Avenue and Snelling Avenue North, City ofRoseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota (PF3144); and WHEREAS, on December 13, 1999 the Roseville City Council opened the public hearing regarding the request for final action and continued the hearing and action to the January 10,2000 regular meeting; and WHEREAS, on January 10,2000, the request was extended and additional 60 days to allow Northwestern College and Collins Hansen Architects adequate time to revise all necessary plans required for staff review and Council action; and WHEREAS, escalating construction costs and increased interest rates have caused the planning process to slow and caused Northwestern College to carefully consider costs and design, thus requiring the extension of the hearing and final consideration by the Roseville City Council. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, (the "City") Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Northwestern College for approval of the FINAL development plan the FINAL Planned Unit Development Agreement be extended indefinitely, instructing staff to provide written notice of the final hearing to property owners within 350 feet and to publish notice in the official local paper.
