<br />// <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the city of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the City Hall on Monday, the 27th day of March, 2000, at 6:30 p.m.. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke <br />and K ysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9757 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING ABATEMENT OF NUISANCE AT <br />2012 SNELLING AVENUE, CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />WHREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville finds the property <br />located at 2012 Snelling A venue to be a public nuisance within the meaning of <br />City Code Sections 407.02 and 407.03 because the property has an accumulation <br />of trash, debris, brush, tires and outside storage of old equipment and the <br />structure is inadequately maintained, dilapidated and damaged such that its <br />physical condition and appearance detract from the surrounding neighborhood <br />as being unsightly and adversely affecting property values in neighborhood <br />pattern; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville deems it to be in the <br />public interest to abate the nuisance and, pursuant to City Code Section 407.07, <br />assess the property for the cost of said abatement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Mastel and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke and <br />K ysylyczyn <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />\ \ Victoria \ CommDev\Planning Files \3200_Abatements \ Resolution_Snelling03_27 _OO.doc <br />
