<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, 10th day of April, 2000, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel and Kysylyczyn and the following <br />member was absent: Maschka. <br /> <br />Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9759 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING DESIGNATION OF <br />LONG LAKE ROAD, FROM TERMINAL ROAD TO <br />ROSEGATE, AS A MUNICIPAL STATE AID ROADWAY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Roseville that the roadway <br />hereinafter described should be designated Municipal State Aid roadway under the provisions <br />of Minnesota Laws of 1967 Chapter 162, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council ofthe City of Roseville of the <br />County or Ramsey that the road described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />Long Lake Road from Terminal Road to Rosegate <br /> <br />be, and hereby is established, located, and designated as Municipal State Aid roadway of said <br />City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways for <br />consideration, and that upon the Commissioner's approval of the designation of said road or <br />portion thereof, that same be constructed, improved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid <br />roadway of the City of Roseville, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid <br />roadway. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Goedeke and <br />upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel <br />and Kysylyczyn, and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
