In 2008, the City of Shoreview Ms. Barsness to work with <br />its Economic Development Commission in evaluating a Business Ret <br />Shoreview to focus its land and financial resources into the local businesses best position for <br />continued growth. <br /> <br />An assessment of the and weaknesses, including any barriers to <br />continued investment was completed.
