In 2013, the following program will be new: <br />Housing Replacement Program allows the HRA to buy code deficient homes to <br />$200,000 <br />demolish and make the lot available for new construction. <br />The RHRA Comprehensive Market Study that was completed in 2009 should be <br />updated as the RHRA undertakes the redevelopment of the Dale Street Fire Station <br />$18,000 <br />2013-2017. <br />The RHRA should undertake a community engagement process in 2013 to develop <br />objectives related to commercial viability of what Roseville can attract for commercial <br />$30,000 <br />development.
