<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council is in support of <br />Ramsey County's application on behalf of the City of Roseville for HUD's Brownfteld <br />Economic Development Initiative funds in connection with the redevelopment of Twin <br />Lakes. <br /> <br />NOW BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that ftnal agreements for distribution and <br />administration of any grant or loan funds upon receipt will be further approved by the <br />City Council under the advise of the City Manager and City Attorney. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Mastel and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, <br />Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke and Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Q:\EPA\EPA_Grant\BEDI Grant App\BEDI Support Resolution.doc <br />
