<br />5 The unique physical features of the property (i. e. shape and size of lot) create a physical <br />hardship. <br /> <br />6 The hardship is not the applicant's creation. <br /> <br />7 The property cannot be put to a reasonable use if used under the conditions permitted by the <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />8 If granted, the variance will not impact the health, safety, or general welfare of the <br />community. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that a variance to Section 1016.22Al <br />(Non-Conformities) and Section 1016.26Bl (Storm Water Management) allowing redevelopment <br />of the parcel with a single family home and allowance for 32% impervious land area for property <br />at 391 Owasso Boulevard South (PID # 012923210005) be approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Mastel, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Mastel, Maschka, <br />Wiski, Goedeke and Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />3 <br />
