<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 <br />Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 22nd day of May, 2000, at 6:30 <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke and Kysylyczynand the <br />following members were absent: none. <br /> <br />Councilmember Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9777 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR 2000 CONTRACT C- <br />PATHWAY PAVING PROJECT <br /> <br />Whereas, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the improvement, according to the plans and <br />specifications thereof on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids were received on <br />Wednesday, May 10,2000, at 11:00 a.m., opened and tabulated according to law and the <br />following bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />BIDDER AMOUNT <br />T.A. Schifsky & Sons, Inc. $23,615.50 <br />Ace Blacktop, Inc. $25,742.50 <br />Tower Asphalt $26,625.00 <br />Barber Construction Co., Inc. $26,993.49 <br />Hardrives, Inc. $28,470.00 <br />Frattalone Paving, Inc. $28,650.00 <br />DMJ Corporation $33,436.00 <br />Asphalt Specialties Co. 38,262.00 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that T.A. Schifsky & Sons, Inc. of North St. Paul, Minnesota is the <br />lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated price of$23,615.50; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ofRoseville, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with <br />T.A. Schifsky & Sons, Inc.for $23,615.50 in the name of the City ofRoseville for the above <br />
