<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 12th day of June, 2000, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka & Kysylyczyn and the following <br />was absent: Goedeke. <br /> <br />Councilmember Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9778 <br /> <br />FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE, 1998 CITY CONTRACT A, <br />CITY PROJECTS P-98-02, P-98-03, ST-98-06, and P-97-12 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on April 27, 1998, T.A. Schifsky <br />& Sons, Inc. of North St. Paul, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the improvements <br />associated with 1998 Contract A. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted <br />and approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order <br />for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the warranty period specified in the contract shall <br />commence on June 12,2000. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mastel and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka & <br />Kysylyczyn and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
