<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Monday, the 12th <br />day of June, 2000 at 6:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka and Kysylyczyn. And the <br />following was absent: Goedeke. <br /> <br />Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9779 <br />60-DA Y EXTENSION OF THE REVIEW PERIOD FOR RALPH JENSON'S <br />VARIANCE REQUEST FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 201 MCCARRONS STREET <br />(pF 3228). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ralph Jenson submitted an application for a variance regarding a driveway <br />setback variance on May 25, 2000; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Development Review Committee (DRC) determined the <br />application to be complete on May 30, 2000; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the deadline for submission for June consideration (June 12, 2000) by the <br />Roseville Planning Commission had passed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 60-day review deadline of July 24, 2000 may not allow for proper review of <br />the Jenson request should issues or concerns arise; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City ofRoseville has requested a 60 extension to the 60-day review period, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, to allow adequate consideration by both the Planning <br />Commission and City Council. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") ofthe City of <br />Roseville, (the "City") Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time <br />line for agency review of the application by Ralph Jenson, 210 McCarrons Street, for a driveway <br />setback variance be extended for 6O-days, from July 24, 2000 to September 24,2000. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Mastel and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Wi ski, Mastel, <br />Maschka and Kysylyczyn. <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
