Roseville Public Works, Environment and <br />Transportation Commission <br />Agenda Item <br />Date: September 24, 2013 Item No: 8 <br />Item Description: Review Organized Collection Resolution <br />Background: The Commission previously passed a resolution recommending the City Council <br />consider moving forward with organized trash collection. The legislature changed the process <br />cities need to follow when considering this issue. Staff will update the Commission on the law <br />changes. <br />Mr. DeBenedet requested the resolution be reviewed for accuracy prior to the City Council <br />meeting on October 141' where this topic will be tentatively discussed. <br />Recommended Action: <br />Review the resolution and identify necessary changes and adopt as modified. <br />Attachments: <br />A.
