<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING
<br />OF CITY COUNCIL
<br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE
<br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA

<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville,
<br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, July 24, 2000 at 6:30 o'clock p.m.
<br />
<br />The following members were present: Mastel, Goedeke & Kysylyczyn and the following were absent:
<br />Wiski.

<br />Councilmember Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:

<br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENTS
<br />P-99-02-19, P-99-02-22, P-99-02-23
<br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
<br />PREPERATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement P-99-02-19 of the
<br />City of Roseville on all that property abutting Woodlynn Avenue, South Owasso Boulevard to
<br />Farrington Court; Farrington Court, cul-de-sac to cul-de-sac for the reconstruction of the street by the
<br />installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage,
<br />utilities, and necessary appurtenances; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement P-99-02-22 ofthe
<br />City of Roseville on all that property abutting Woodbridge Street, W oodlynn A venue to South Owasso
<br />Boulevard; Woodlynn Avenue, Rice Street to cul-de-sac for the reconstruction of the street by the
<br />installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage,
<br />utilities, and necessary appurtenances; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement P-99-02-23 of the
<br />City of Roseville on all that property abutting Maple Lane Court, Western Avenue to cul-de-sac;
<br />Woodbridge Street, South Owasso Boulevard to Maple Lane; Woodbridge Street, County Road C2 to
<br />County Road C; Marion Street, County Road C2 to County Road C; Galtier Street, Iona Lane to County
<br />Road C; Matilida Street, Iona Lane to County Road C; Iona Lane, Galtier Street to Woodbridge Street
<br />for the reconstruction of the street by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter,
<br />watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage, utilities, and necessary appurtenances; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the forgoing is in the area described in the legal notice relating to the original hearing on
<br />the improvements and the resolutions relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvements is
<br />$925,434.85, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvements amounts
<br />to $351,814.35 so that the total cost of the improvements will be $1,277,249.20 and of this cost the City
<br />will pay $885,593.99 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically assessed is hereby declared to
<br />be $391,655.21; and
