<br />prepaid on March 1, 2001 at par and accrued interest for each <br />such Bond called. <br /> <br />2. Notice of Call. The City Manager is hereby <br />authorized and directed to give written notice of call at least <br />forty-five (45) days prior to March 1, 2001, the date for call, <br />to the paying agent (if other than an officer of the City) where <br />said Bonds are payable and therefor by first class mail mailed <br />not more than sixty (60) and not less than thirty (30) days prior <br />to the date for call to all registered holders of the Bonds. <br />Said notice shall be in substantially the following form: <br /> <br />3. Deposit of Sufficient Funds. The City <br />Treasurer/Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to <br />deposit with the bank (if other than the City) where said Bonds <br />are payable prior to said call date sufficient funds to pay all <br />principal and interest due on said Bonds as of the call date. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by member Goedeke and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, Goedeke <br />and Kysylyczyn. <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br /> <br />986410.1 <br /> <br />2 <br />
