<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 24th day of July, 2000, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: Wiski. <br /> <br />Councilmember Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9793 <br /> <br />EXTENSION OF WORKING HOURS FOR RAMSEY COUNTY <br />LARPENTEUR AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County is currently working on the reconstruction of Larpenteur Avenue from <br />Oxford to Hamline; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Larpenteur Avenue is a concrete roadway, and the newly poured concrete needs to <br />be saw cut within 8 to 12 hours after it is poured; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Contractor, Shafer Contracting Company has requested to extend the working <br />hours for 5 nights between August 9th and 17th; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Contractor poured the westbound lanes in early July and the City received no <br />noise complaints. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the working hours for Ramsey County's Larpenteur Avenue <br />Reconstruction project be extended for 5 nights between August 9th and 17th. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Goedeke and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke and <br />Kysylyczyn and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
