The outdoor activity area shall be thoroughly cleansed and rinsed at least once each <br />193 day during warm weather, and as soon as practicable after periods of freezing <br />194 weather, with all of the rinse water being directed into a rain garden or other system <br />195 approved by the City engineering staff. <br />196 e. The applicant shall work with City engineering staff to ensure that the rate, volume, <br />197 and contamination of storm water leaving the property are not increased as a result of <br />198 the improvements related to the outdoor area. <br />199 8.0 POSSIBLE COUNCIL ACTIONS <br />200 8.1 Approve the proposed ZONING TEXT CHANGE and the outdoor area for an animal <br />201 boarding and day care facility at 2025 Rice Street as a CONDITIONAL USE as <br />202 recommended. <br />203 a. Pass an ordinance enacting the proposed ZONING TEXT CHANGE, based on the <br />204 comments and findings of Sections 3 — 4 and 6 and the recommendation of Section <br />205 7.1 of this staff report. <br />206 b. Adopt a resolution approving the proposed outdoor area for an animal boarding <br />207 and day care facility at 2025 Rice Street as a CONDITIONAL USE, based on the <br />208 comments and findings of Sections 3 and 5 — 6 and the recommendation of Section <br />209 7.2 of this report. <br />210 8.2 Pass a motion to table the item for future action. Tabling beyond October 28, 2013 <br />211 may require extension of the 60 -day action deadline established in Minn. Stat. § 15.99. <br />212 8.3 Pass a motion, to deny the requested approvals.
