<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 28th day of August 2000 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke & Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9807 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DATES FOR THE TAX HEARINGS FOR <br />THE 2001 PROPOSED LEVY <br />FOR THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council ofthe City ofRoseville, Minnesota, <br />as follows: <br /> <br />The City of Roseville's dates for the public hearing on the 2001 tax levy, of December 4,2000 at <br />7:00, with a continuation hearing, if necessary, scheduled for December 11,2000 at 7:15 p.m. be <br />hereby accepted and approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Wiski <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, <br />Goedeke & Kysylyczyn and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
