<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 11th day of September 2000, at 6:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel and Kysylyczyn <br />And the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 9811 <br />Resolution Approving a Minor Subdivision <br />at 425 North McCarron's Boulevard (PF3256) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, James Robinson has requested a minor subdivision of his parcel located at 425 <br />North McCaron's Boulevard for the purpose of creating two single family residential parcels; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1104.04E of the Roseville Subdivision outlines the procedures for a <br />minor subdivision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is legally described as: <br /> <br />That certain piece or parcel of land situated in the Northwest Quarter of Section 13, <br />in Township 29 North, Range 23 West, more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at a point 452.26 feet West from the East line of said Norwest Quarter and 1611 feet <br />South from the North line of said Northwest Quarter thence West parallel with the North line of said <br />Quarter Section 139.5 feet thence South at right angels with said North line 394.5 feet; thence North <br />41 degrees 15 feet East 212.3 feet; thence North 233 feet to the place of beginning except the <br />following: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the South line of Cohansey Boulevard distant 40 feet West of the Northerly <br />corner of Lot 2, Block 6, "MCCARRON'S ADDITION"; thence East along the South line ofCohansey <br />Boulevard a distance of 40 feet of said Northwesterly corner of Lot 2, thence South along the Westerly <br />line of said Lot 2, a distance of 159 feet, thence Northwesterly a distance of 163.95 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br /> <br />That part of Lot 2, Block 6, "MCCARRON'S ADDITION" according to the plat thereof onfile and of <br />record in the office of the Register of Deeds within and in said County, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southerly most corner of Lot 2; thence Northeasterly along the Northeasterly line <br />of Lot 2 a distance of 50 feet; thence Northeasterly to a point on the West line of said Lot 2, which <br />point id 60 feet North of the point of beginning; thence South 60 feet on the Westerly line of said Lot 2 <br />to the point of beginning (PID # 132923240013). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said request will create two parcels that meet all applicable requirements <br />(width, depth, size, and setback requirements) of the Roseville Zoning Ordinance; and <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
