EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 11th day of September 2000, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel and Kysylyczyn And the following were absent: None Council Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 9811 Resolution Approving a Minor Subdivision at 425 North McCarron's Boulevard (PF3256) WHEREAS, James Robinson has requested a minor subdivision of his parcel located at 425 North McCaron's Boulevard for the purpose of creating two single family residential parcels; and WHEREAS, Section 1104.04E of the Roseville Subdivision outlines the procedures for a minor subdivision; and WHEREAS, the property is legally described as: That certain piece or parcel of land situated in the Northwest Quarter of Section 13, in Township 29 North, Range 23 West, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point 452.26 feet West from the East line of said Norwest Quarter and 1611 feet South from the North line of said Northwest Quarter thence West parallel with the North line of said Quarter Section 139.5 feet thence South at right angels with said North line 394.5 feet; thence North 41 degrees 15 feet East 212.3 feet; thence North 233 feet to the place of beginning except the following: Beginning at a point on the South line of Cohansey Boulevard distant 40 feet West of the Northerly corner of Lot 2, Block 6, "MCCARRON'S ADDITION"; thence East along the South line ofCohansey Boulevard a distance of 40 feet of said Northwesterly corner of Lot 2, thence South along the Westerly line of said Lot 2, a distance of 159 feet, thence Northwesterly a distance of 163.95 feet to the point of beginning. That part of Lot 2, Block 6, "MCCARRON'S ADDITION" according to the plat thereof onfile and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds within and in said County, described as follows: Commencing at the Southerly most corner of Lot 2; thence Northeasterly along the Northeasterly line of Lot 2 a distance of 50 feet; thence Northeasterly to a point on the West line of said Lot 2, which point id 60 feet North of the point of beginning; thence South 60 feet on the Westerly line of said Lot 2 to the point of beginning (PID # 132923240013). WHEREAS, said request will create two parcels that meet all applicable requirements (width, depth, size, and setback requirements) of the Roseville Zoning Ordinance; and Page 1 of 2
