• The City does not have any funds that can be dedicated to the investigation of the <br /> environmental contamination. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the City Council of Roseville, Minnesota authorizes Sherman and <br /> Associates to submit an application for Metropolitan Council Tax Base Revitalization Account grant <br /> funds and, if the City is awarded a Tax Base Revitalization Account grant for this project , the City will <br /> be the grantee and agrees to act as legal sponsor to administer and be responsible for grant funds <br /> expended for the project contained in the Tax Base Revitalization grant application submitted on <br /> November 1, 2013. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> Etten and upon vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor: Willmus,Laliberte,Etten,McGehee <br /> and Roe; and voted against: none. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
