Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called to order the Roseville City Council regular meeting at approximately <br /> 6:00 p.m., welcomed everyone and made introductions. Voting and Seating Order: <br /> Laliberte; McGehee; Willmus; Etten; and Roe. Interim City Manager Patrick Trudgeon <br /> and City Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> 2. Approve Agenda <br /> Mayor Roe announced that the "Organized Trash Collection" previously publicized as an <br /> agenda item for tonight's meeting had been rescheduled to November 18, 2013. If there <br /> were members of the audience in attendance at tonight's meeting to speak to that item , <br /> Mayor Roe invited them to do so during "Public Comment" when he recognized that por- <br /> tion of the agenda in a few minutes. <br /> Etten moved, McGehee seconded, approval of the agenda as presented. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte; McGehee; Willmus; Etten; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 3. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak. <br /> 4. Council Communications, Reports and Announcements <br /> RV Mayor Roe announced two upcoming Roseville Community Education sponsored <br /> discussions "Creating Community for a Lifetime." The first scheduled on October 24, <br /> 2013 at 6:30 p.m. at the Little Canada City Hall; and the second on November 16, 2013 at <br /> 10:30 a.m. at the Roseville Branch of the Ramsey County Library. While the events are <br /> free, Mayor Roe noted that R.S.V.P.' were necessary to ensure adequate space; with addi- <br /> tional information on free transportation to the event available by calling 651/604-3535 <br /> (Library) and R.S.V.P.'s directed to 651/297-2704; with additional information also <br /> available on the Community Education website. <br /> Mayor Roe announced the upcoming annual Roseville Area Schools Walk/Run in sup- <br /> port of the Roseville Area Youth Scholarship Fund, scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. from <br /> the Emmett D. Williams School to the Roseville Area High School on November 9, <br /> 2013.
