DRAFT Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Monday, October 21, 2013 <br /> Page 35 <br /> meeting code requirements and conditions of the CU approval that would follow <br /> due process to address code violations and subsequent revocation of the CU. <br /> Mayor Roe noted that this would fall under the general condition of protecting <br /> and not harming public safety. <br /> City Attorney Gaughan noted that code violations are misdemeanors under City <br /> Code, and repeat violations are subject to a criminal citation, a situation that quite <br /> often tended to resolve issues rather quickly. <br /> Etten moved, Laliberte seconded, enactment of Ordinance No. 1457 (Attachment <br /> F) entitled, "An Ordinance Amending Selected ZONING TEXT CHANGE per- <br /> taining to Conflicting Fence Regulations and Requirements for Animal Boarding <br /> and Daycare Facilities in Chapters 1009 (Procedures) and 1011 (Property Perfor- <br /> mance Standards) of Title 10 "Zoning Code" of the Roseville City Code including <br /> inserting, "at the time of application" into the requirement for approval of all <br /> property owners within a 100-foot distance." <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte; McGehee; Willmus; Etten; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> Willmus moved, McGehee seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 11100 (Attach- <br /> ment G) entitled, "A Resolution Approving an Outdoor Component of an Animal <br /> Boarding and Daycare Facility as a CONDITIONAL USE at 2025 Rice Street <br /> (PF13-015);" amended to include Condition 7.2.c in the staff report (page 5) as <br /> a fourth condition: <br /> "All affected indoor flooring areas shall be promptly cleaned up using <br /> appropriate cleaning/disinfecting products following pet waste "acci- <br /> dents." <br /> Councilmember Willmus provided his rationale in reinstating the condition to ad- <br /> dress potential future owners. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte; McGehee; Willmus; Etten; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> Mayor Roe wished the co-owners of the business, present in tonight's audience, <br /> good luck in their new location. <br /> 13.
