The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the <br />deposits made with their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next <br />lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Wiski and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, <br />Wiski, Mastel and Kysylyczyn (Maschka arrived late) <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.. <br />
