Below is the information I received regarding hosting a naturalization ceremony. Please add this as an <br />agenda item for next week's meeting. Hosting a ceremony is an easy process. The space is provided by the host <br />and the Court and USCIS provide the staff and new citizens. The host determines the size of the ceremony. For example, if <br />you would like to have a ceremony for 100 people, you would provide a space that seats 200 people. <br />There is currently not a requirement on how many people you have to hold a ceremony for. The program is any where <br />from 30 to 40 minutes in length. <br />will begin creating the 2014 schedule within the next couple of weeks after my meeting with our Naturalization Liaison <br />Judge. I have to seek approval to add ceremonies to the schedule from him so the sooner I know if you all would <br />
